UK Postage

Postage to UK and Ireland addresses is free, no matter how many items are ordered. Each item is posted using a Royal Mail 'signed for' delivery service. This may be Recorded delivery or Special Delivery depending on the price of the item purchased. This service covers the buyer and seller in case of loss during transit. We use this service to track items that have been delivered and provide insurance; this is not used by Its Signed to guarantee a delivery time, unless otherwise stated.

We cannot be held responsible for any items damaged during transit, although we will do everything possible to make sure your package arrives safely and you are completely satisfied.

Its Signed will always aim to be prompt when delivering items. Most items are posted within 2-3 working days. However, during busy periods or delayed postage periods (holidays, bank holidays etc.) this may change so please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. International Postage

Items posted outside of the UK and Ireland will be by either International Signed For or Airsure, both offered by Royal Mail and both are insured services.

Times for delivery will depend on destination but as with UK orders we intend to ship them out within 48 hours of receiving the orders. Some services and countries can take up to 30 days to deliver. We can supply barcodes on request for customers to track their items prior to delivery.

International postage costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size (number of items purchased) of the order.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it. Its Signed offers this facility. All items must be returned to Its Signed head office (address below) in completely re-saleable condition within 14 days of the original purchase, Its Signed will either offer a replacement (where possible), credit note or refund. This is at the discretion of Its Signed. If a refund is offered this does not cover any postage costs. If the item is damaged when returned, Its Signed reserves the right to charge a percentage of the original price to cover this or refuse the item. Any items returned should be insured to cover any damage. Please contact us at returns@itssigned.co.uk before returning any item.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us immediately by E-mail: returns@itssigned.co.uk - all reports of damage must be made within 3 days of item being delivered.
